Established in 1967, Tri State
Distributors has grown to become a diversified regional
distributor covering Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii,
Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. Products
distributed by Tri State are Appliances, Hearth Products
and Outdoor Living Products.
Tri State’s buying power and extensive
inventory allow our dealers to carry less inventory and
increase profitability. Full service distribution centers
are located in Kent and Spokane, Washington and Milwaukie,
Oregon.

“When our father Don Dickson Sr. founded
Tri State Distributors in 1967 his goal was to establish a
diversified distribution company that had strong personal
relationships with it’s customers, suppliers and
employees. We believe those goals have been achieved.
One of Don Sr.’s favorite sayings was
“It’s a people business” and he was right.
Tri State has grown significantly over the
years, but we always remember to keep our eye on the
fundamentals as we provide
effective and
innovative distribution
solutions for our customers and suppliers.”
